The Harness Factory Facade Repairs

With its close proximity to Bankers Life Fieldhouse in downtown Indianapolis, The Harness Factory Lofts offers residents contemporary living amenities with a historic address.

With facade issues that needed to be addressed immediately, BAMR was called on to secure the exterior of the building, ensuring the future safety of building patrons and pedestrians in the heavily-populated area.

The project’s scope included the steel lintel replacement, waterproofing and brick replacement on the entire seven-story building. Terra cotta repairs, including resealing, was completed as well.
